I am only 43 years old, a young professional coach, a project manager in the Social Welfare and Health sector, an HR professional, and an entrepreneur who has done a lot in his life, but always with the aim of helping other people develop at some level, find their own strengths, motivation, and direction to strive towards through jointly agreed measures. Solution-orientedness is always at the center. Over 26 years of experience in coaching, about six years in child protection, over 15 years in entrepreneurship, and over 10 years in sales and marketing. In addition, I have worked in demanding personnel services / HR management positions for about 8 years. Today, I employ myself by coaching team and individual athletes and in various project management positions.
